I got word today from Gwen Gades and Tom Anderson of Dragon Moon Press that Michael and Evo are part of an award-nominated title for the independent publisher. The Fantasy Writer’s Companion has been short listed in the category of “Performing Arts and Drama” (apparently, that is where they want writing guides listed) for ForeWord Magazine‘s 2004 “Book of the Year” Award.

I just got the message a moment ago and came to post the news, but of course, Tee beat me to it. So I’ll just add that it is really cool to be part of something that is being considered for an award. Great job everyone. (Not just us two gabby-geeks)
