The mondo feed is not working, or at least does not appear to be.
January 4th, 2006 at 10:43 am
Same here. Latest show is not showing up. (Using Doppler)
January 4th, 2006 at 11:21 am
Err… I looked at the actual XML for the mondo, but it’s not there! What happened to it?
January 4th, 2006 at 11:30 am
I’m not sure what’s going on.
At first I thought that it was just FeedBurner having a problem (since that page seems to have gone away?), but the newest Slice and Wingin’ It aren’t showing up in the iTunes mondo feed either.
I can poke around for clues, but Evo’s the XML guru and he’s still in Belize.

Hmmm… You know I think Mike’s wife has hit on something with the idea of nude photos of Summer. Could be a good way to generate more donations. “With your $20 donation receive a signed copy of…” LOL Of course she might want to wear a Stormtrooper helmet to preserve her identity.

Humm… $20 for naked picts of summer… That would make us a Porn site….. Let’s Not.

No no no. Naked is porn, nude is Art! LOL Anyway, as fast as Summer said no to the idea, I’d say you’re probably smart planning for other means of income.

The error I get when I look at the feed says that your feed is too large. I think it could be the fact that you still have a large backlog of shows in your feed, and feedburner isn’t liking it. Can you delete some older shows from the feed?

Damn Ego and his vacations! I am getting Dragon Page withdrawals!

I think the calendar people were referring to would be an online event calendar to view when and where you’ll be through out the year. This would help with planning.
For example, ya’all said you’re coming to ComicCon in San Diego this year. Well, I’m in SD and would love to meet up the gang.
As for a Dragon Page Calendar (to hang on the wall) this would also be a fun idea, but as you mentioned will require planning.
To drinks: Sake bombers are fun, but for real fun try a Dr. Pepper or a Flaming Dr. Pepper. It’s quite simple.
Dr. Pepper:
1/2 glass of beer + 1 shot Amerreto
Flaming Dr. Pepper:
1/2 glass of beer + 1 shot Amerreto topped with Baccardi 151 and ignited.
Both are consumed the saw way as the Sake Bomber and the Boiler Maker (that Summer mentioned). The only difference is with the flaming Dr. Pepper, you need to start chugging as soon as the shot hits the beer or it’ll foam and fizz all over the place.
Love the show. Can’t wait to hear TD0013’s response to this episode.
Pod On!

Just an update, the Draco Vista Studio is tied for first place at Coastr (www.coastr.com) as the most popular place to drink a beer. C’mon guys! Just one more vote and we shall dominate.(tented fingers, evil laugh for Evo) Stephen Hawking…hoo, boy. Now, that was great! And, Joe, we need to send more fruity stuff for you. You Rock!
Love your Show.

Lorrie’s in studio and I’m lovin’ it!!! Hey, Lorrie — next time I’m out in Phoenix, can you loan me a few bucks so I can take you out and get you drunk on tequila? :^p *LOL*
A seriously funny, funny show (but when is it not?), and I’m lonving the dynamic Lorrie adds. All good stuff. Oh, and the episode where Scotty describes the alcohol as “It’s green.” comes from ST:TOS, the episode (yes, I looked it up…) “By Any Other Name” (http://www.ericweisstein.com/fun/startrek/ByAnyOtherName.html) where the remaining crew, on the way to the Andromeda Galaxy, have to outwit the invading aliens. Scotty breaks into his stash with one of the aliens who stands toe-to-toe with him (even after the green stuff)and so Scotty pulls out the big gun: a 200 year old scotch.
Scotty wins. (R.I.P. Jimmy Doohan. You big lug, ya!)
The nod to that scene in TNG’s “Relics” was VERY cool!
Allright…back to paying attention to the students…

My geek-boy-fan heart broke when I heard that Summer will only lay claim to having seen 2 eps of classic Star Trek. I wept openly, which since I was listening to the latest podcast at the gym while working out got me some strange looks.
And then to hear that one of the two she’s seen is one of the crappiest eps of Trek ever made…
::stiffles sobs:::
Summer, come on…put the original series DVDs in the NetFlix cue or watch them on G4 here in a few months. Please….

Or show her two good episodes!
My votes for “Mirror, Mirror” and “A Piece of the Action.”
“Piece” is awesome just to watch Shatner do Jimmy Cagney and call his First Officer and best friend “Spocko.” And, of course, you’ve got Vic Tayback and the introduction of the card game Fizzbin.
You just can’t go wrong with A Piece of the Action.
