They are looking for information on the on demand ideas you guys are always talking about.

Evo,
Hi from a fellow Bunnies addict!
I was hoping your show notes would list which promo cards you got from Ben. The ones I remember hearing you mention were Bunny’s Eleven, The Djarnak, Go With The Flo, Hare E. Potter, and Dago Bunny.
I didn’t hear you mention Lord Of The Bunnies. Was that one included in your package? Because that’s the only specialty one I have an extra of, but if you need it I can send it to you.

Guys: Shack did the TWoP recaps of Firefly, not Strega. Just sayin’.
Keep on goin’ with the show length, more is always better.
January 25th, 2006 at 9:24 am
Okay, one more thing: that picture you’ve posted for the show. I really, really need to know: whose hand is that holding two beers at once? That’s really impressive.
What?!
January 25th, 2006 at 10:14 am
OKAAAY…. Mark sees that picture, and thinks THE BEERS are impressive? LOL
Great show guys

You guys have the best parties.
January 25th, 2006 at 4:54 pm
C’mon: TWO BEERS PER HAND! Just how cool is that? It’s all about priorities, feller-me-lad.
January 25th, 2006 at 6:36 pm
Nice photo. The beers are nice too. Adds a whole new meaning to the term double-fisted. Great show guys, keep it up. The longer the better.
January 25th, 2006 at 9:29 pm
Hey! Look, it’s a puddle of cottage cheese with leopard spots. Wait a minute! That’s Evo in a thong! Gah! That visual was just plain wrong! Wrong I say!
WOW! Another hour and a half of debauchery! Who could ask for more?
I don’t know about a dedicated beer cast. That would seem too ‘logical’ and may detract from the spirt of Wingin’ It! As for a comic cast, hey, there’s an idea. You know us.. I mean those comic geeks are out there, right?
Oh, and please keep Joe away from the board. He’s supposed to be talking so I can be drinking!
Speaking of which, I’ve got a question…
Drivers of heavy machinery and women who are pregnant or are about to become pregant should not play this game.
This may end up being a way some women end up pregnant.
The only trouble with this show and drinking is that I usually end up laughing so hard that my beverage of choice comes spewing forth. I may have to make a disclaimer for Wingin’ It!

Ah violet crumble, always used to call that a “violent crumble” when I was a kid. Dyslexic plays funny games sometimes
Its really the olny way to eat them.
Did phil tell you how to eat a Tim Tam ??
You are supposed to bite off the corners (opposite ends) and suck tea though it. The moment the tea hits the mouth you eat the tim tam. The outer chocolate shell is just strong enough for this, while the centre is moulten.
Now just to let you know, “Ginger Snaps” is in fact a retelling of “Little Red Riding hood” In fact its far closer to the original story than the fairytale.
January 26th, 2006 at 2:35 am
Almost forgot. Who’s the girl in the photo ??
January 26th, 2006 at 6:02 am
I’m flattered that you think I could get away with that picture with anyone ‘but’ my wife.
January 26th, 2006 at 6:28 am
Heh. I so know that’s who it was. I mean, really–I’m married too, after all.
Now back to what’s important: WHO’S HOLDING THE FREAKIN’ BEERS?!
January 26th, 2006 at 11:17 am
Holding the beers would be Chris “Big Hands”, our silent and frequent in-studio audience.
And you know what they say about guys with big hands…
January 26th, 2006 at 11:18 am
[BLEEP] I look short next to Mike…
January 26th, 2006 at 11:26 am
He’s just, um, standing tall.
January 26th, 2006 at 2:08 pm
I was just a little um… Bigger in that picture.
January 26th, 2006 at 7:55 pm
Damn you Evo…
I mean it this time.
You’ve gone and piqued my interest with Bunnies one time too much, and I just plunked down hard earned cash on the first 3 sets. You evil bastard.
So where’s that play session you were going to record? I’m kinda interested in hearing a typical play session, now that I’ll (hopefully) have my own to look forward to sometime in the future.
Bastard.

Does anyone know of a podcast that covers ebook only fantasy/sci fi books? It seems like there would be a huge market for something like that…
January 27th, 2006 at 10:08 pm
Mark,
that Killer Bunnies game turned out to be a little over 2.5hrs! I have no idea if that’s ever going to be edited and sent out over the feed.
January 28th, 2006 at 10:43 am
Sounds great. Hope it does get sent out, if Mike has the time of course. Then again is there anything He can’t do? (apart from pronounce things obvoiusly :p )
January 28th, 2006 at 10:45 am
Hehehe…. much like the way I cant spell obviously :p
January 29th, 2006 at 3:56 pm
You know, if I had known that Mur’s essay was going to be on “geek”, I probably would’ve changed the rules on the drinking game. Whew! We started on Mimosas, then went to Stone Pale Ale, then to Wild Horse Chardonnay. Still trying to figure out the instructions for the Killer Bunnies as well. Cheerio, Phil, your comments and gifts are the funner of them all.
January 30th, 2006 at 10:21 am
2.5 hours? Wow, sounded like a fun session. Just out of curiousity, what expansions did Evo have with him at the time?
The best way to get this out there (once edited) might be to split the file into pieces, so as not to overload the server too much, or bittorrent it (heck, I’ll SEED!) as one big file.
Next question: what bit-rate was the iRiver recording at, and the size of the resulted audio?
January 30th, 2006 at 1:06 pm
Hee! Oh Karen, you don’t want to challenge me like that…
Now I have lots more essay ideas…
January 30th, 2006 at 8:28 pm
You think that this show was wild, you have heard nothing yet.
This week’s show carries an extra disclaimer. (Yes, it needed one.)
The wildest show we have ever (I mean EVER) done.
January 30th, 2006 at 11:53 pm
A QUICK game of Bunnies?? Never.
But always a fun ending.
January 31st, 2006 at 3:07 pm
Mark,
I’ve got Blue, Yellow, Red and Violet. Plus the killer cards cool people have sent in.

Evo~
While on vacation last weekend my husband & I brought two more people into the Cult of the Bunnies!
Just wait ’til you’ve got them all! After fellow addicts gave me some of the boosters for Christmas I’ve now got Blue, Yellow, Red, Violet, Orange, Green, Twilight White, and Stainless Steel. You just wouldn’t believe the size of my deck!
~Sharon
P.S. Do you have Lord of the Bunnies yet?
February 2nd, 2006 at 1:30 am
Looks like i’ll have to go check out this bunnies thing then. I love you guys, without you I would never have checked out BSG (still in series one but should get through those dvds this weekend)

I happen to come across Violet Crumble’s in the imported food section of the grocery store today (Stop and Shop, West Haven CT). They are as good as you all described. Anyway, there was a website address on the wrapper that is for the company that imports them to the US. Its http://www.violetcrumble.com. They sell direct to the consumer, $24 for a box of 24 (includes shipping).

I loved the idea of a comic cast. I have checked out a couple of the other comic related podcasts and although they are relatively good none of them come close to the quality, humor or length of your shows. Michael, Summer & TD (how cool would it be to hear him on a weekly basis) sound like a dream lineup to run the show (No offense Evo). I hope you all go through with it (and don’t take too long; I’ve been waiting to hear the first episode since you mentioned it). Atleast you should tease it a little more to keep us comic geeks hanging around your other great podcasts. Great job all around guys.
