Snakes on a rhyme…

You knew it was only a matter of time. But what you were not expecting was a direct to video release of Snakes on a Train (nope, not a typo) three days prior to the theatrical release of Snakes on a Plane.

Under a powerful Mayan curse, snakes are hatched inside a young woman, slowly devouring her from within. Her only chance for survival is a powerful shaman who lives across the border. With only hours to live, she jumps on a train headed for Los Angeles. Unfortunately for the passengers aboard, they are now trapped, soon to be victims of these flesh-eating vipers.

This is another film by Eric Forsberg and The Asylum, the same team that brought us the mixed-bag movie Alien Abduction. I’m just waiting for someone to come out with Snakes on a Brain (It’s a romantic comedy. With snakes.)

Thanks to Sarah in Winnipeg for the link!

National Geographic now has an article on Snakes on a Plane.

    It’s the big time, baby!

I am just now watching tonight’s Daily Show, where Jon Stewart explains that Condi Rice was late getting to the Middle East due to snakes on a motherfucking plane! The graphic is wonderful.
