I’d say I am just a computer-generated figment of the internet imagination, but you’ve seen me now… ;-)

  • I’m pretty gullible Dani..you might be able to convince me you were a computer generated hologram. Oh wait…I saw you pick up a beer…

  • Tom from London

I’m not going to try and get into the other world that is the comment system, I just want to see the posters on the wall that “Evil” got.

  • [...] Another feature of our Arizona visit was the chance to hang out for a bit with Mike Mennenga and Evo Terra, who are responsible for The Dragon Page; I had a chance to hang out during one of the VoiceMail segments. It was hilarious. I was also interviewed on the regular show. [...]

  • Linked from my blog: http://www.walterhunt.com/blog/?p=122. What a great time, guys – thanks.

  • You know as I was listen to the show I thought with Evo’s exit promo for invasion, “wow it does suck, I wonder if Mike will drop in one of the better ones from earlier in the recording day.” Then it hit me, this wasn’t the live feed it was the actual show :)

and good job with the audio Mike!

  • So I listened to the intro and keyed in the word ‘piles.’ I looked it up. Piles is an archaic term for hemorrhoids.

  • Ouch. Let my harsh reprimand serve as a warning to others:
Cross not Mason Rocket, lest ye face his wrath and be goshdarned to heck.

  • Karen from Kalifornia

Just wanted to let you boys know, I have approximately 436 mosquito bites. And they itch. Who would’ve thunk that there were insects in AZ? Where the hell did they come from? And why are they all on my ass?

    *Correction. Two on my ankle.*

Next time, I’ll make sure to bring the repellant. Hey, maybe it’ll work on Evo!

  • “Next time, I’ll make sure to bring the repellant. Hey, maybe it’ll work on Evo!”

Oh Karen! Will you have to spray it on his balls? LMAO!

Walter- I did a blog entry too! Click on my name!

  • ComputerKing

    That’s IT!

I’ve had it with Evo’s Motherfuckin’ Balls,
    On his Motherfuckin’ Podcasts!

Strap yourselves in, I’m gonna open up a window…

  • Gall dern Jack! That Mason Rocket doesnt tarnation scare the hecky deck outta me!!! Gall darn hoopty hoopt tarnation goshes etc… so on and so forth.

  • Is there a live feed this week? Is it at Worldcon or Draco Vista? Just wondering to ensure my weekly fix. :D

  • Alright, let’s see those posters on Flickr, por favor!

  • Karen 20-25 years ago there were no mosquitos in Phoenix. Due to the population explosion and most homes having grass, trees and swimming pools so they have created a new microclimate that is more humid and mosquito prevelent than natural conditions allow. Hence the bites…

*after 5 edits for neutrality and getting rid of my typical anti-Phx ranting* :)

  • Michael Mennega

Evo snagged the feed server to take to WorldCon. No live feed this week. Sorry folks, you’ll just have to hang out in the chat room without the live audio.

Next weekend is Dragon Con. We may have something streaming out, but it may not be the show. I’ll have more details when we get to Atlanta. I know the Parsec awards will be live, and a couple other panels. Go to http://www.parsecawards.com and watch for anouncments when the weekend starts.

  • Thanks for the update Mike

  • LOL

    From Fangoria.com:

“While it is no secret that fan appreciation and actual involvement with director David R. Ellis’ SNAKES ON A PLANE has been instrumental in shaping the successful New Line Cinema release, ne’er-do-wells in Phoenix, Arizona took their apparent grassroots support of the film a bit too far. According to AZ’s Local 6 News, two live diamondback rattlesnakes were released during a screening of SNAKES in a darkened theater at the AMC Desert Ridge, and the resulting panic prompted the need for snake wranglers to be called in.

Tom Whiting, herpetological association representative to Local 6, comments, “That to me is very scary. I would hate to be watching a movie about snakes and have a rattlesnake bite me. Adds Phoenix Herpetological Society spokesman Daniel Marchand, “This thing is under someone’s chair—obviously all they got to do is startle this thing. It’s dark. They can’t see you. If it’s scared, boom; it strikes.

While theatergoers suffered no injuries and the snakes have been released into the desert, the William Castle-inspired culprits themselves have yet to be apprehended, which leads this writer to wonder, “What’s under your theater seat?

  • Quick Dragon*Con question.

Are you guys bringing any beer openers to Dragon*Con?

If so, put me down for one!

  • steel

Wish I was going to Dragon*Con!! I had to settle for going to WorldCon this year – but I did get to meet Evo at one of the panels.

Have a good one at Dragon Con… I look forward to listening to the goings on.
