Evo goes on Twitter
I’ve been hearing lots about Twitter for the last several weeks. As I was waiting for the wife and kid to get back from wherever the hell they were, I thought I’d take a peek. Seemed cool enough, so I now have it installed and am updating. Unsure how often my lazy ass will update, but there are several tools I can use to make that process easier. So we shall see!
Note: Yeah, I shoulda posted this on FunAnymore. But I’m waiting on Summer to re-send me login information so I can actually post there!

Cali Lewis from Geekbrief.tv mentioned twitter as a nice option for “live” information.
The coordination of the live stream could work via twitter. This way you aren’t relying on email delivery speeds (which could vary) but once the show is ready to be sent you could put up a “stream is going live” via a farpointmedia twitter.
This twitter could also annouce that episode x of podcast y is now uploaded.

That’s a great idea. John Edwards is using a Twitter to update folks on his campaign, oddly enough.
This would require Mike to manage — and agree to do, obviously. But if he installed Twitterific on the studio computer (that makes him cringe), he could update with amazing ease as he switches from one show to another. Seems like a good way to keep everyone interested in what is happening. But it’s one more thing, so I leave it to you (and others) to convince him. Not really a job to pawn off…

I’m an addict .. Little hard to update on my cell .. but its fun … By the way anyone on the west cost make sure you set your Twitter for web updates (not your cell) if your going to fallow CC Chapman .. he likes to get up early and Write small books on Twitter…
