Hi guys!
Lots of emails and questions are coming my way about “HOW do I get my very own beautiful, wonderful, awesome wristband?
And this is exactly what I am here to tell you wonderful people.
Here is the deal:
1. I have shipped off 100 bands to Mike today, so he will have them available for the pool party!
2. We are working extremely hard on the website, to make it very user-friendly for you, and “Leann-friendly” for me, so I can get your addresses correct and all that good stuff and separate things from general donations from wristband purchases.
3. I am guarding this money, Joe’s money, with my life, and must get this thing just a wee bit more organized before the gates open.
4. Keep checking the website , and listen to the GUAM podcast.
5. One of the great, awesome, and selfless people who are part of the army I have behind me will keep you updated, and you wonderful, generous people will KNOW the moment we get it together.
The end.

Fans of the show,
I regret to inform you that, effective immediately, I’m ceasing my involvement with Wingin’ It! and all other FarPoint properties. This stems from some ill will that had been brewing with the FPM principals towards me and my actions not on WI!, but specifically on SoSF. Oddly (or naively) enough, I didn’t pick up on the vibes and went trucking along as if everything was fine. Guess it wasn’t.
And for an extra special heaping of bad news: I’m not coming to the Pool Party. Yeah, that really sucks and I feel like I’ve let a lot of you down. However, I can’t in good conscious pretend that things are fine when they obviously are not. So drink lots of beer for me and have a great time. Heck, I may even tune into the live feed.
To those of you who tuned in to the Balticon episode of Wingin’ It! or were in the audience — I hope you enjoyed the show and wish it could have been a better exit. But some things in life you just don’t get to chose.

On this week’s show: Michael, Evo and a roomful of drunk sober people.
First Non Drink of the Day: No Victory Hopdevil ale or Dogfish Head 90 and 120 minute IPAs. Nope nothing to drink here *wink, wink*.
Michael and Evo were out destroying the alcohol supplies at Balticon this weekend. So no voicemail show but a show that was recorded at the Con will be up later this week.
Tuesday night, frequent caller and contributor Andrea from Chicago was in a serious automobile accident. According to her husband Hugh, her car was sandwiched between two semis after one of the drivers fell asleep at the wheel.
Hugh says:
Her internal injuries are stable. She has broken bones and she is very foggy. She can move all her limbs and she reacts to and recognizes voices and faces. So she will be ok. Hopefully her recovery will be quick.
So it’s bad. Really bad. But it looks like things will be OK. Let’s all wish her a speedy recovery.
On this week’s show: Mike, Evo, Brian a.k.a One Eyed Pete, Tim, Debbie, Kris, Rhettro.
Semi-silent studio audience: Debbie’s girl child and bookends.
First Second Third Drink of the Day: We have homebrew from Mur’s awesome hubby Jim. Two beers - S and BW. Stout and Belgium Wheat brews.
